Anthony Joshua’s trainer Ben Davison said Daniel Dubois did not surprise with his boxing despite dominating the fight and knocking out the title contender. 
“I honestly say that Joshua was well prepared for the fight. We knew Dubois would start the fight fast, with attacks. Of course, we will review the match, analyze what happened. There was nothing that shocked us in Dubois’ boxing.”
“The training went well. But, apparently, there were other approaches to combat and reactions to the actions of the enemy. I and the coaching staff accept responsibility for what happened.”
“It was a difficult start, but Joshua continued the fight. I’m proud of Anthony,” Davison said.
