Bronze for Ukraine. Ilyusha lost in the semi-finals of the World Boxing Cup

From November 16 to 20, the final series is held in the Indian city of Greater Noida Boxing World Cup under the auspices of World Boxing, an international sports organization that regulates amateur boxing.

More than 130 boxers from 19 countries took part in the tournament, who will compete for twenty prize sets – ten for men and ten for women. No more than eight participants compete in each weight category, the competition began with the 1/4 final stage.

On Wednesday, November 19, the semi-final fight was held by a representative of Ukraine in the weight category up to 75 kg Pavlo Ilyushawho entered the ring against Javokhir Abdurakhimov from Uzbekistan.

According to the results of the competitive confrontation, Abdurakhimov managed to win by a split decision of the judges. Ilyusha brought the fifth bronze award for the national team of Ukraine.
