Alexander Usik: “It was very difficult. Now I know they’re sick people ”

On the night of July 20 in London, a boxing evening took place, in the main event, representatives of the heavy weight. Boxing evening was organized by an influential promoter Frank Warren.

The WBC, WBO and WBA titles have come to the ring Alexander Usik and world champion by ibf Daniel Duba. The Ukrainian boxer knocked the opponent in the fifth round and won all four belts for the third time in his career.

After a striking victory, the Ukrainian boxer answered the questions of journalists, including sharing his opinion about his attitude to the Russian-Ukrainian war:

“The beginning of the war was very difficult. The children constantly asked me why they wanted to kill them. I didn’t know what to answer them. Now I have an answer. They (those who attacked Ukraine – note) are sick people, ”Usik said.

The absolute world champion intends to hold another match and complete a career. Among the potential rivals are Anthony Joshua, Tyson Fury, Jake Paul, Joseph Parker.
