British boxer Derek Chisora shared memories of his career and assessed the future of British boxing.
“I boxed with two generations: Vitali Klitschko, Robert Helenius… This was my first generation. And then I boxed with Oleksandr Usyk after the Olympics and others – this is already a different generation. It was a bright time for me.
Look, I’m going to tell you right now that boxing in the UK is going to be incredible. We have Joe Joyce, DuBois, Itauma, Wordley, Okoli and several other young heavyweights who are fit. Boxing in Britain is at a high level. America needs to start preparing to fight these guys,” Chisora said.
