According to the center, on February 9, during alert measures, a joint group of military personnel of the TCC and a representative of the National Police stopped a citizen to check his documents. During the inspection, it was established that he is wanted for violating the rules of military registration (Article 210 of the Code of Criminal Procedure).
After explaining the legal grounds, the man was offered to go to the TCC and JV division to clarify the account data. The center notes that he agreed to the escort voluntarily.
The TCC claims that after arriving at the unit, the man began to behave aggressively and committed actions that caused himself bodily harm. Military personnel gave him first aid and called an ambulance. Later, he was hospitalized in a specialized medical facility.
According to the center, on February 10, during his stay in the hospital, the man showed aggression again. Doctors assessed his condition as a potential threat to the environment, after which a decision was made to isolate the patient in a special room. The TCC emphasizes that these circumstances are recorded in the medical documentation.
Separately, the department commented on the report regarding possible inappropriate treatment of the man’s dog. The center said that the animal was provided with proper care and nutrition, and on the morning of February 10, it was handed over to the owner’s relatives in satisfactory condition.
The leadership of the Odesa regional TCC and the joint venture initiated an official audit, which should provide a legal assessment of the actions of all participants in the event.
The center also urged the public to be critical of information on social networks and reminded that compliance with the rules of military accounting during martial law is the duty of citizens.
