Oleksandr Klymenko, the head of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office, said that last year the SAP filed 45 civil confiscation lawsuits for a total amount of over UAH 260 million.

“We quite actively developed (we – ed.) the institution of civil confiscation. 45 lawsuits were filed in the amount of over UAH 260 million, which is 5 times more than in the previous 3 years combined. That is, we consider this institute as promising and will develop it in the future,” said Klymenko.

NABU head Semyon Krivonos noted that 2025 was a successful year for NABU and SAP, despite challenges and pressure. He emphasized that these institutions are able to expose high-ranking corruption and satisfy public demand for an effective fight against corruption.

“I thank the independent media, Ukraine, the Ukrainian people and everyone who strives for the anti-corruption infrastructure to be effective and the fight against corruption to continue,” Krivonos added.

The SBI announced a new suspicion against an ex-officer from Mykolaiv.

We will remind you that the State Security Bureau detained the military for embezzling over UAH 47 million on FPV drones.

The SBI also detained an officer of the Kyiv TCC for torturing conscripts.
