“Of course, it’s nice to win. Both the first and second matches were quite intense. I can say about the game in which I participated – a good opponent, the team is very organized, so it was not easy. But we created many chances, could have scored even more. Therefore, we are satisfied with the game and the result.
Of course, not everything was successful, but there is always something to work on. We will try to improve in order to realize more chances and play more reliably in defense. But overall the game was good. Everyone is satisfied, we are preparing further. We have five more days of training, training and games ahead.
In the first half, the opponent acted intensively, we noticed it. They were aggressive, dynamic, had time everywhere, all over the field. I thought the second half might be even more difficult, but it turned out to be the opposite. We turned out to be better prepared physically – we scored two goals and created a few more chances. I don’t even remember if the opponent shot through our goal.
But we worked for it – there was a lot of running work, intensive training. Of course, we are not yet 100 percent ready. But we still have time and we will do everything to prepare even better. There is always something to work on, something to improve,” the club’s press service quotes Mihavka as saying.
