On February 10, a meeting was held in Dnipro where a preventive measure was chosen for the third employee of the TCC, suspected of fatally beating a local resident. The court decided to take the suspect into custody for 60 days without the right to bail.

This is reported by Suspilne.

This incident happened on February 6, when a 55-year-old man left home to walk his dog and never returned. The family, worried about his fate, began to search for him through surveillance cameras and found out that he was the victim of a brutal beating.

Later, the police detained three employees of the TCC, who are suspected of committing the crime provided for in part 2 of Article 121 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. According to the results of the preliminary examination, the man died as a result of a head injury. As part of the investigation, physical evidence and a vehicle belonging to the suspects with traces of the victim’s blood were seized.

On February 9, at the court hearing, preventive measures were chosen for two of the three suspected employees of the TCC. The first was sent to the pre-trial detention center without the right to bail, and the second was remanded until February 10. The third suspect was ordered to be held in custody for 60 days without bail.

The pre-trial investigation continues, and investigators are establishing all the circumstances of this tragic event.

Prior to that, two of the three employees of the TCC and SP, who are suspected of fatally beating a 55-year-old man, were sent to custody for 60 days without the right to post bail. The court in Dnipro made this decision after considering the case of Oleg Lesin’s death. The consideration of the preventive measure for the third defendant was postponed to February 10.
