Literally: “On February 9, around 4:30 p.m., a road accident occurred in Kryvyi Rih involving a judge from one of the district courts.

According to preliminary data, the BMW driver hit an 11-year-old boy who was crossing the road with his mother at a regulated pedestrian crossing.

Details: It is reported that the child received serious injuries and was urgently hospitalized. The boy is in serious condition.

Currently, primary investigative actions are being carried out: they are removing video from the scene and establishing the circumstances of the accident.

Under the procedural leadership of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Prosecutor’s Office, proceedings were opened on the fact of violating traffic rules, which caused serious bodily injury (Part 2, Article 286 of the Criminal Procedure Code).

The investigation is carried out by the Teru-Management of the SBI in Poltava.
