The Pechersk District Court of the capital officially terminated the marital relationship between non-factional People’s Deputy Fedor Khristenko and his wife Marina.

The corresponding decision appeared in the court register after consideration of the lawsuit initiated by the politician’s wife.
Maryna Khristenko appealed to the court in mid-November 2025, noting that the couple’s life together did not work out.
She emphasized that further stay in marriage contradicts her personal interests and is impossible.
The plaintiff did not personally appear at the court session, entrusting the representation of her interests to a lawyer.
Maryna Khristenko’s representative submitted a written statement to the court with a request to consider the case without the presence of the client.
The People’s Deputy also did not attend the court session, but confirmed his awareness of the process.
The case file contains the consent of Fedor Khristenko’s representative to consider the lawsuit and divorce.
We will remind, the Security Service of Ukraine and the Prosecutor General’s Office informed about the suspicion of the current People’s Deputy, Fedor Khristenko, for the prohibited OPZZ.
