Details: According to the investigation, two law enforcement officers during patrolling stopped cars, the owners of which were subject to mobilization, and demanded money for not delivering them to one of the territorial assembly centers of Odesa. For their services, they charged from 2,000 dollars, depending on the “capabilities” of the conscript.
