Details: Forecasters warned that such pweather conditions can complicate the work of energy, construction, utility companies and traffic.
They also added that on Friday, February 6, ice of the first level of danger is observed in Rivne, Zhytomyr, Khmelnytskyi and Vinnytsia regions.
Also, according to the warning, on February 6-8, in connection with the thaw and precipitation, on the rivers of the Dniester basin (Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk regions), a gradual rise in water levels by 0.2-0.7 m above the levels without the threat of negative consequences is expected.
On the rivers, ice phenomena will weaken and break up, in some places ice flows, while ice jams may form with sharp fluctuations in water levels.
In addition, on February 6-9, in connection with the frost, a significant avalanche danger is expected in the highlands of Ivano-Frankivsk and the eastern part of Transcarpathian regions (level 3).
What preceded: According to the forecast of the Ukrhydrometeorological center, snow is expected in Ukraine in the coming days, in some places with rain, in some places ice and fog, and from Monday it is expected to cool down – at night in some regions up to 23° of frost.
