Today, February 6, a court hearing was held in the case of the lawyer and former deputy head of the Dnipropetrovsk OVA Volodymyr Orlov. The judge announced that the hearing would continue next week.

In his last words during the hearing, Orlov announced that he was innocent and was waiting for an impartial court decision.
After that, the judge went to the dressing room, and later announced that the verdict will be announced on Tuesday, February 10.
We will remind, the lawyer and former deputy head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional military administration, Volodymyr Orlov, said that the criminal proceedings against him are one hundred percent provocation, organized with the participation of a “full-time” agent of law enforcement agencies and representatives of the former leadership of the OVA.
Orlov believes that the applicant in the case was Oleksiy Gonchar (appears as Torop in the investigation materials) – a person with a Russian past and convictions for fraud, who now appears in a number of similar criminal proceedings as a provocateur.
The so-called “agent” manipulated the issue of assistance to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, presenting himself as a serviceman.
“He pretended to be a military man and put pressure on emotions, covering himself with the help of the army,” Orlov noted.
Subsequently, this person began to offer money for the “resolution” of land issues, which were not part of the powers of the deputy head of the OVA.
“I was offered funds for issues over which I had no influence and which did not belong to my competence,” the ex-deputy head of the administration emphasized.
In addition, Volodymyr Orlov directly declared the interest of the then head of the Dnipropetrovsk OVA Serhiy Lysak in this case, stressing that without political cover such an operation would have been impossible.
“He repeatedly told me that NABU wants my release. I left by myself in July, and two months later they came to me with searches,” he said, adding that he considered the casefabricated by order of the former manager.
Earlier reported that d NABU staff from May 2024 investigated the case of allegedly receiving a bribe by the former first deputy head of the Dnipropetrovsk OVA, lawyer Volodymyr Orlov. Only now in court complete the whole the stage of questioning all witnesses and it turned out that the case is completely empty and is based only on the testimony of the “whistleblower” who fabricated it.
