We will remind:

- On January 30, Zelensky stated that Russia has stopped the exchange of prisoners because it does not feel that it gives it anything.
- The last exchange of prisoners between Ukraine and Russia took place in the fall of 2025. On October 2, 185 military and 20 Ukrainian civilians were freed from Russian captivity.
- In December 2025, the Coordination Staff for the Treatment of Prisoners of War reported that during the full-scale invasion, more than 10,000 Russian occupiers were captured.
