The president also criticized the position of some European countries, which consider the war in Ukraine “someone else’s problem.” When leaders refuse to increase arms spending because of rising energy prices or domestic problems, he said, they simply “don’t want to be aware of all the risks” that exist today.
Zelensky emphasized that countries that understand the threat are helping Ukraine, while others are simply trying to distance themselves from reality.
