In the “Action” application, the algorithm for creating and using “Action.Signature” will be updated – to activate the service, a physical biometric document and a smartphone with NFC support will now be required.

As explained in the service, users will need to go to the application menu, scan the number of the document (ID card, passport or biometric card) and attach it to the phone to read the data via NFC. After that, you need to pass a photo verification to verify your identity and set a new six-digit access code.
Previously, a five-digit password was used to create “Action.Signature”.
If the signature is already active, it will remain valid until the expiration date. At the same time, during re-creation, the user will have to go through the procedure according to the new rules.
Mandatory conditions for using the service are now the presence of a physical biometric document and a smartphone with NFC. If the phone does not support this technology or the person does not have a biometric passport or ID card, it will not be possible to use “Action.Signature”.
In “Actions” it is noted that the changes are implemented to increase the level of security and reliability of the digital signature, as well as for additional protection of personal data of users.
