Details: According to FT sources, the plan was repeatedly discussed in December and January between Ukrainian, European and American officials.

Under the proposal, any violation of the ceasefire by Russia would trigger a response within 24 hours. First, it should be a diplomatic warning, and, if necessary, the actions of the Ukrainian army aimed at restoring the ceasefire.
If the hostilities continue even after these steps, Ukraine and its allies will move to the second stage of response – the use of the forces of the so-called “coalition of the determined”, which includes most of the EU members, as well as Great Britain, Norway, Iceland and Turkey.
The sources added that if the attack were to expand, a coordinated response by Western-backed forces, including the US military, would be launched 72 hours after the first breach.

As it became known, on February 2, the Ukrainian negotiating team left for Abu Dhabi, where a new round of tripartite meetings will take place on February 4 and 5, with the participation of representatives of Ukraine, the United States, and Russia.
