The official exchange rate of the US dollar increased by 15 kopecks, reaching UAH 42.96 for one dollar. At the same time, the euro decreased in price by 12 kopecks.

The official exchange rates for Tuesday, February 3 will be:
- 1 US dollar – 42.96 UAH (42.81 UAH as of February 2);
- 1 euro – 50.90 UAH (51.02 UAH as of February 2).
In the draft state budget for 2026, the government plans to set the average annual exchange rate of the hryvnia to the dollar at 45.6 hryvnias per dollar.
This indicates possible expectations of devaluation of the hryvnia, which may affect the economic and social situation in the country. Further monitoring of exchange rate changes will remain relevant for both business and the public.
