Snigur dealt with the Spaniard and became the basis of the WTA 250 tournament in Romania

Ukrainian tennis player Darya Snigur (WTA 136) entered the main draw of the WTA 250 tournament in Cluj-Napoca (Romania), which takes place on indoor hard courts.

In the final of the qualification, the Ukrainian beat the representative of Spain in two sets Alyon Bolshov (WTA 234) in 1 hour and 21 minutes.

Snigur played against Bolshova for the first time. At the start of the selection, Darya passed another Ukrainian tennis player, Angelina Kalinin.

For the third time in his career, Snigur will play at the base of the competition in Cluj. In 2023, she reached the quarterfinals, and in 2025, she was eliminated in the first round.
