The player and the club decided to terminate the contract early by mutual consent of the parties.
Immediately afterwards, the 24-year-old Nigerian signed a contract with Greek club Chania, who are ninth in the Southern Conference of the second Super League.
It will be recalled that Oche moved to Kryvbas in the summer of 2024, but spent that season on loan for Gabali, and played the first half of the current campaign for Israeli Hapoel Rishon LeZion.
Earlier it was reported that Kryvbas signed the Senegalese winger Sekou.
