In Luhansk region, Donetsk region, Zaporozhye and Crimea, the daytime air temperature will be +1…+5 degrees. However, this warm weather will be accompanied by rain, sleet and gale-force winds. “That’s why this heat cannot be called so comfortable,” Natalka Didenko says.
At the same time, a new powerful anticyclone from the north will gradually displace these precipitations and bring us significant cooling.
“That’s why frosty weather will prevail in most regions of Ukraine on Saturday, with the maximum temperature during the day -6…-10 degrees, in the north and west -7…-12 degrees,” the expert predicted.
She warned that the wind on January 31 will be gusty, sometimes with storm gusts, which will significantly increase the feeling of cold.
Snow and sleet will pass tomorrow in the center (except Vinnytsia), in the south and in the east. In the southeast – mainly rain. In the west and north of Ukraine on January 31 there was no significant precipitation.
Arctic cooling will cover Ukraine: the temperature will drop to -30°C in some places.
