Ukrainian goalkeeper of Benfica Anatoly Trubin became the fifth goalkeeper to score in a Champions League match.
It happened in the match of the 8th round of the league stage of the 2025/26 season, in which the Eagles defeated Real Madrid with a score of 4:2.
It was Trubin who scored the decisive goal in the match, giving Benfica a place in the playoffs of the Champions League.
Before Trubin, only four goalkeepers managed to score goals in the tournament.
