Details: According to the investigation, the person involved offered a corrupt scheme to an old friend to evade mobilization, the key element of which was the use of official position and informal “friendly ties” to influence the results of the military medical commission.

The officer guaranteed to ensure the execution of the “required” conclusion of the VLK on recognition of the man’s limited fitness for military service. This status actually excluded mobilization to combat units and military units participating in direct hostilities.
For solving the issue, the official demanded 2.5 thousand dollars, as well as additional funds for reimbursement of fuel costs related to trips to solve the stipulated issues.
During the next transfer of illegal benefits, the law enforcement officers detained him “red handed” at the moment of receiving the funds.
