Criminals used hidden technical means that allowed “clients” to receive correct answers during testing at service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The law enforcement officers established that the members of the group acted according to a clearly worked out scheme. One of them found people who had difficulty passing the exam and offered to pass it “turnkey”.
Before the exam, such people were dressed in specially prepared clothes with built-in mini-cameras and headphones, almost invisible to the outside eye.
The technical side of the outfit was provided by another figure — he independently made and adjusted special devices for different types of clothing.
During the test, the signal from the hidden camera was transmitted to an accomplice who was outside the room. He saw the questions in real time and dictated the correct answers through the means of communication.
