“Ukrzaliznytsia” opened a Point of Invincibility in Holm, Poland

“Ukrzaliznytsia” deployed the first Point of Invincibility in the Polish Holm, where due to the reconstruction of the station building, passengers are forced to wait outside for flights to Ukraine.

Details: On the first day, the Point of Invincibility in Holm was visited by more than a hundred passengers.

At Kholm station, through which five pairs of passenger trains from Ukraine run, heated passenger cars have been installed. One of them is equipped with a play area for children, separate places for feeding and changing babies. Coloring pages and drawing kits are also available. Devices for recharging gadgets are installed in the carriages, and visitors are treated to hot tea.

In the second passenger car, part of Howard Buffett’s photo collection, which was previously part of the Art Train, is presented. The carriages are located on the third platform.

Due to the reconstruction of the station building in Kholm, which has been ongoing since 2024, passengers are forced to wait for flights to Ukraine in the open air, particularly in the winter period. Trains run to Kholm from Kharkiv, Dnipro and Kyiv. This station is also a transfer hub for connections to Berlin, Warsaw, Lodz, Poznań and other destinations. About three thousand passengers pass through Kholm every day.
