According to the monitoring data of “Energoreforma”, as of now, “Mykolayivoblenergo” and “Sumyoblenergo” have informed about the introduction of SGAV under the command of NEC “Ukrenergo”.
“From 3:45 p.m. on Friday, January 23, by order of NEC “Ukrenergo”, in addition to HPV and GAV, SGAV will be used,” Mykolayivoblenergo wrote in Telegram.
As it was reported, SGAVs are introduced and canceled at the command of “Ukrenergo” without warning consumers. They have twice the amount of unloading than emergency shutdown schedules. The execution time is only three minutes. Critical infrastructure objects and others included in the lists with priority energy supply can be turned off during the SGAV.
According to “Ukrenergo”, the situation in the power system on the morning of January 23 significantly worsened due to emergency repair of part of the generation.
