In the Rivne region, an instructor was detained, suspected of organizing the illegal departure of those mobilized from the training ground – SBI

“One of the mobilized, who arrived at the training center for training, was offered help by the instructor to leave the territory of the training ground. The “cost” of returning home was $3,000. According to the agreement, the man had to hand over 1,000 dollars directly to the landfill, another 2,000 dollars – to his mother after taking her son out of the training center,” the message reads.

The DBR notes that the instructor was detained while receiving the first part of the funds – thousands of US dollars.

According to the preliminary data of the investigation, the person involved did not act independently – from the end of 2025, mobilized men were systematically taken out of the training ground for money, the cost of such a “service” usually amounted to 3 thousand US dollars.

The bureau claims that forged passes and other means of conspiracy were used to smuggle out servicemen, including documents imitating orders from high-ranking military officials.

The investigation is ongoing. SBI employees are checking other employees of the training center, as well as civilians who may have been involved in the organization of this scheme.
