Earlier, interest in the 24-year-old striker was shown by Dinamo Bucharest and Botosani, who tried to get permission from FIFA to complete the transfer of the player. However, these attempts of Romanian clubs were not successful.
The reason for the refusal lies in FIFA regulations: in the current season, Blenuce has already played for two teams — Dynamo Kyiv and Craiova, and therefore does not have the right to transfer to a third club within one season.
The Romanian Football Federation, together with Dinamo Bucharest, tried to prove that the period of the footballer’s performances for Craiova should not be taken into account, since the club ceased to exist. However, FIFA rejected these arguments and banned the registration of the player for a third team.
