From now on, in the chains “ATB”, “Tavria V” (which includes “Kosmos” delicatessen markets and “Pyure” supermarkets), “Divotsin” and “LotOK” chains, you can buy food products of Ukrainian production (except excise goods) with the funds of “Winter Support” and “National Cashback”.
Soon, the “Epicentr” and “Rukavychka” networks will also join the settlement program.
In general, food products of Ukrainian production with the funds of “Winter Support” and “National Cashback” are already available in a number of retail chains throughout the country, in particular: Auchan, SPAR, VARUS, Torba, “Sim23” (“Simi”), “Blyzenko”, NOVUS, LIGA PRIM, in Fozzy Group retail chains – “Silpo”, “Fora”, THRASH! TRASH!, Fozzy, and now also in ATB, “Tavria V”, “LotOK” networks.
These are almost three thousand stores. In addition, you can pay for the programs online at ROZETKA and MAUDAU.
The Ministry of Economy noted that one thousand hryvnias of “Winter Support” must be spent by June 30, 2026. The unused amount will then be returned to the budget.
It is noted that more than 17.8 million Ukrainians received the “Winter Thousand”, of which 3.5 million are children. More than 11.6 billion hryvnias have already been spent. Most often, these funds are used to pay for housing and communal services – this is almost 80% of expenses. Also among the popular destinations are buying food, medicine and donating to the Defense Forces.
The department also reminded that the funds of “Winter Support” and “National Cashback” can be spent on:
- payment of utility services;
- medicines and medical products;
- books and printed products;
- postal services;
- charitable contributions, in particular to support the Armed Forces;
- food products of Ukrainian production (except excise goods).
Applications for receiving thousand hryvnias of “Winter Support” are no longer accepted.
