Serhii Vaganyan, who calls himself an Odessa businessman and claims corruption in the Security Service of Ukraine, provided a fake photo where he seems to be relaxing in a restaurant with Ivan Bakanov. According to Vahanyan, he has evidence of close relations with the former head of the SBU. However, this evidence does not seem to have been confirmed, and probably on the contrary indicates the alleged unreliability of Vaganyan’s words. The man whom Vahanyan pretended to be Bakanov is probably in fact a different person.
This is written by the publication “Fraza.yua”.
In the second part of the interview with Borislav Bereza, Serhiy Vahanyan showed several photos taken from the back and in profile, claiming that the man next to him is the ex-head of the SBU.
As it turned out, the man in the photos released by Vaganyan appears to be Anatoly Oleksiyovych Pleas.
According to YouControl, Plyas is connected to a number of enterprises. At the same time, he remained silent as to what kind of relationship connects Vahanyan with Plyas.
In addition, there is information that Vaganyan allegedly rested in the company of Plyas in the Gvozdoff resort complex. It was there that some of the photos were allegedly taken, which were later presented as “evidence” of his connections with the former head of the SBU.
We will remind you that Serhiy Vahanyan, who publicly impersonates an Odesa businessman and claims about alleged pressure and extortion of bribes from the former leadership of the SBU, is currently allegedly wanted.
According to available information, he allegedly has a number of criminal proceedings, probably related to fraud, on his account. Earlier it was also reported that Vahanyan’s real surname is Mitsik, which he allegedly changed in 2012 against the background of alleged criminal cases opened against him.
