According to the published documents, Hanna Gvozdyar, Volodymyr Zaverukha, Mykola Shevtsov, Oleksandr Kozenko, Anatoliy Klochka were dismissed from the position of Deputy Minister of Defense.
All decisions were made in accordance with the fourth paragraph of the second part of Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Central Bodies of Executive Power”.
The Verkhovna Rada supported the appointment of Mykhailo Fedorov to the position of Minister of Defense on January 14. After his appointment, President Volodymyr Zelenskyi named the main priorities of his work in office. In particular, according to him, the Ministry of Defense should introduce a basic level of providing combat brigades with drones.
