photo of the RDA The investigation established that the official handed over to the district territorial center of staffing and social support lists of persons who wished to avoid mobilization for a monetary reward.
After that, the head of the TCC and SP gave instructions to his subordinates regarding the registration of military registration documents, allegedly to send the specified persons to one of the training centers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Formed packages of documents were handed over to the organizer of the scheme, who directed them to an accomplice to enter false information about the enrollment of conscripts into the personnel lists of the military unit. At the same time, in fact, none of these “mobilized” people arrived at the training center.
Later, approximately two months later, these persons were illegally dismissed from military service on the basis of forged military medical documents, which created formal grounds for removing them from the military register.
The actions of the official are qualified according to part 3, 5 of Art. 27 part 2 of Art. 28 part 4 of Art. 409 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, namely aiding and abetting and organizing evasion of military service, committed under martial law by a group of persons.
All persons involved in criminal activity are being identified, in particular among employees of territorial recruitment centers and law enforcement agencies. Motions for preventive measures are being prepared.
