Literally: “Buba Nazar Yevhenovich, born in 1997, a resident of the village of Rudno, Lviv district, Lviv region, who is hiding from the authorities of the pre-trial investigation, is wanted by police department No. 1 of the Lviv district police department No. 2 of the Main Department of the National Police in the Lviv region on suspicion of committing a crime provided for in part 4 of Article 296 (Hooliganism) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

Details: Investigators established that on January 14, at around 10:15 a.m., at the intersection of Lesya Ukrainka and Nebesnaya Sotna streets in the village of Rudno, the wanted man, while in the passenger compartment of a Volkswagen Passat, fired several shots from a traumatic weapon, hitting the Volkswagen T6 minibus of RTCC and SP military personnel who were carrying out alerting measures, and disappeared from the scene.
Investigators of the Police Department No. 1 of Lviv District Police Department No. 2, under the procedural guidance of the Frankiv District Prosecutor’s Office, informed the intruder in absentia about the suspicion of hooliganism. The sanction of the article provides for punishment – deprivation of liberty for a term of three to seven years.
