Against the background of Trump’s statements, the Prime Minister of Greenland called to prepare for an invasion

Details: The agency said Greenland’s government will form a task force made up of representatives from all relevant local authorities to help people prepare for any disruptions to daily life, Nielsen said.

The government is working on spreading new recommendations among the population, including recommendations to keep a five-day supply of food in their homes.

In turn, the island’s finance minister and former leader Mute B. Egede noted that Greenland is under “great pressure” and “we must be ready for any scenario.”
