The artist says that she was misunderstood.

The 40-year-old artist, who faced a wave of criticism because of this song, recorded a short video message in which she explained her intentions. According to Tina, she simply saw another artist’s song online and decided to cover it to support people:
“They write that I am not in the context. I am in the context as much as possible. I wanted to unite everyone with a composition – an excerpt from TikTok – but united everyone against me. Well, such a meme came out. Nothing. Forgive me, please. A painful meme for me. This is not an “order”, this is not a technique from the authorities, I do not fulfill any orders.”
The artist noted that only positive thoughts save her in such a difficult time, so she wanted to share them with others. Her post has already garnered many comments:
“Tina, we love you very much and are always by your side! It’s not you who should apologize, but people who have so much malice inside… Unfortunately, they can’t feel the warmth and support that they want to give.”
“It is a pity that there is no good left in our people.”
“Tina, seriously. You’re a smart woman. In Kyiv, maximum trash. You can’t think that this is support. Ahaha, I don’t believe it.”

We will remind you that the song “We have no light” is two years old, it belongs to a performer named Danylo Horodetskyi. Tina’s performance caused outrage because she sang about “goodness” instead of light at the most difficult moment for the Ukrainian energy system.
