Athletic Boise, playing in USL League One, officially announced the signing of Ukrainian football player Denys Kostyshyn.

Kostyshyn was born in Khmelnytskyi and is a pupil of the Ukrainian football system. Throughout his career, he played in European leagues, and also has experience playing in the USA — in particular, in the USL Championship as part of the El Paso Lokomotiv.

In Boise, they expect that the 28-year-old Ukrainian will add versatility to the team’s attack and will become an important figure in the construction of the game.

Denys Kostyshin’s last club was Kosovar Drita, for which he played 27 matches, scored 3 goals and provided 5 assists, until he left it as a free agent in January of this year.
