Details: It is reported that the inspections were carried out after an interdepartmental meeting in the President’s Office on January 10. After that, the SDF clarified the tasks for the regional units and instructed them to continue preventive measures in the reserve battalions – units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which are engaged in mobilization, training, rotation of personnel and reinforcement of combat units.

Literally: “In a short period of time, the employees of the State Bureau of Investigation have already carried out a set of measures and checked the current state of affairs in the BREZ, first of all, regarding the organization of work with servicemen who expressed their intention to return to the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine after the SDF.
In the course of these measures, a number of both systemic and local violations were discovered, the solution of which requires prompt intervention of the command. Some of the problems need to be solved at the interagency level.”
Details: Also, as part of the work, meetings were planned with the command and staff of the reserve battalions, representatives of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Military Law and Order Service, the National Police and other law enforcement agencies. Some of these meetings have already taken place, others should take place in the near future.
The SBI reported that all detected violations were brought to the Office of the President, the command of the Armed Forces and other interested bodies. The bureau added that they will continue to monitor the situation in the reserve battalions.
