Zinchenko will undergo a medical examination and sign the contract within the next two days.
The rights to the player belong to Arsenal, but Zinchenko spent the first part of the season in Nottingham Forest. Foresters will need to break the lease so that Oleksandr can move to Ajax.
Zinchenko, whose contract with Arsenal expires in the summer of 2026, has made 10 appearances this season.
