The scandal between Jerry Heil and Kazhanna is growing: it became known how much the singer received

The network discusses the quarrel of singers / UNIAN collage / photo instagram/thejerryheil, kazhannaSinger Kazhanna (Hanna Makienko) said that her contract with the NOVA MUSIC label is “slave”. In response, the team broke off cooperation with her.

The girl published a statement on Instagram in which she emphasized that she did not call for harassment of the founder of the label – singer Jerry Heil – and only wanted to get an answer from NOVA MUSIC:

“I want to be finally released from this slave contract, as was agreed, but not blackmailed with salary or royalties, so that I sign a new agreement with conditions that do not suit me, as it is happening now (in parallel, forcing to continue shooting commercials, etc.), or hang space debts that they cannot confirm (I will pay 10 hryvnias to whoever finds an expensive clip in my profile without sponsorship (brands), or a photo shoot or a cover for a song, not taken for barter)”.

Kazhanna emphasized that she does not aim to prevent Yana from winning in the National Selection for Eurovision, but only wants to receive her royalties and achieve changes in this industry. In response, a post appeared in Jerry Heil’s Telegram channel, in which Yana Shemaeva suggests that the girl could have been “screwed” by another label that wants to lure her to him.

“If Anya came to such conclusions on her own, it’s very sad. Anyone who knows my story, at least starting somewhere in 2017, knows that I went through a difficult path and would never have done this with any artist – and even more so with the girl whom we set out to help. The label never told Anya what music to write, did not restrain her, did not prohibit or force her to create something. We were in love with her talent, the uniqueness and courage of the search,” said the singer.

According to Jerry Heil, all the copyrights to the songs belong to Kazhanna, and she not only did not forbid her to apply for the National Selection, but also told her team that “she herself will not go to fully support her.” After that, her label announced that it was prematurely terminating cooperation with Hanna.

The statement notes that they began cooperating in October 2023, and already at the end of autumn 2025, they concluded that the conditions were no longer satisfactory to both parties. In December, the label and the singer agreed to start the procedure for early termination of the contract, which was supposed to take place in January:

“The project was planned as a long-term investment: with the invested resources, it was supposed to start bringing profit to the label from the third year of cooperation. As of today, the project has not turned into a financial plus. At the same time, we have never demanded and do not demand financial compensation from the artist. We have also never encroached and do not encroach on Kazhanna’s copyright.”

According to the official position of the label, the contract stipulated that 70% of the net profit went to them, and 30% to the artist. In the fall, they offered to work 50 for 50%, but Kazhanna refused.
