– Elina, sincere congratulations. This is the beginning of the season! You won a special title in Auckland, and now you have already made it to the second round of the Australian Open. I’m very curious, what did you do during the preseason to show how cool tennis is now?
– I trained with my husband. In fact, we had a good offseason and preseason, too. It’s always nice to start with a win. And, of course, the tournament in Oakland became very special for us. Now I’m just very happy, I’m enjoying the heat here and I’m looking forward to the next matches, – said Elina succinctly.
