According to the Russian public, in the Moscow region of the Russian Federation, there is smoke at a chemical plant and an electric substation in Serpukhov is on fire.

Details: At first, Astra reported that there was smoke on the territory of the mineral fertilizer plant in Voskresensk, Moscow region.

Later, the public was informed that “an electrical substation is on fire in Serpukhov, Moscow Region, part of the city and nearby settlements were left without electricity.”

Regarding the first and second cases, the Russian public noted that the causes of the smoke and fire are “unknown, there is no official information.”
