Parliament Speaker Ruslan Stefanchuk explained the procedure of the upcoming referendum, which is planned to be held together with the presidential elections after the cessation of hostilities.

The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, said that the document on the end of the war with Russia can be submitted to a nationwide referendum.
