According to ESPN, the WBA title holder is accused of domestic violence. The order was issued under several articles: illegal deprivation of liberty, attempted kidnapping, beating, and others.
The representative of the Miami Police Department (Miami Gardens Police Department) Emmanuel Jeanty said that at the moment law enforcement officers are trying to establish the location of Gervonta.
Davis repeatedly had problems with the law, and in October 2025 he got into an incident related to his ex-girlfriend – Courtney Rossell. According to her, the American boxer came to the strip club where she worked as a waitress, beat her and threatened her.
Police confirmed Courtney’s statement after reviewing the CCTV footage.
