Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk announced this on the X network.

“It was Russia that rejected the peace plan prepared by the United States, not the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyi,” Tusk emphasized.

As the Polish Prime Minister noted, Russia’s only response was further missile attacks on Ukrainian cities.

“For this reason, the only solution is to increase the pressure on Russia. And you all know it,” added Tusk.

Meanwhile, regular Russian air strikes with missiles and drones have led to significant destruction of Ukrainian critical infrastructure facilities, which are designed to provide heat and light to the homes of Ukrainian citizens. A state of emergency is being introduced in the energy industry of Ukraine.

As of January 14, about 400 high-rise buildings remained without heating in Kyiv alone.
