Consumers in Zhytomyr region and Kharkiv region were cut off due to a new attack by the enemy. Also, seven settlements in Kyiv region and Chernihiv region remain without electricity due to difficult weather conditions.

According to him, Kyiv was completely unprepared for possible challenges.

According to Volodymyr Omelchenko, the director of energy programs of the Razumkov Center, the authorities at all levels “it was absolutely possible to prepare” alternative sources to avoid a critical situation with the capital’s energy supply.
