The famous ex-player of Shakhtar became the sports director of the European club

Former football player of Shakhtar Donetsk Tomasz Hubshman was officially appointed to the position of sports director of the Ružomberok football club, which plays in the Slovak championship.

The press service of the team informed about the cooperation with the ex-player of the Czech national team. After 18 rounds, Ruzhomberok ranks eighth in the elite division standings.

Hübshman defended the colors of the Ukrainian team from 2004 to 2014 – during this time, the Czech played 285 matches, in which he scored ten goals and provided seven assists.

As part of the Donetsk club, Tomas became an eight-time champion of the Premier League, five times won the Ukrainian Super Cup and four times the Cup. In 2009, he helped the “Miners” win the UEFA Cup.

He left the championship of Ukraine in July 2014, after which he played for the Czech “Yablonets” for another ten years. In July 2024, he announced the end of his professional career.
