Details: The pre-trial investigation established that the suspect, while working as an inspector of the border service at one of the border checkpoints, informed the applicant about the possibility of illegally crossing the border of Ukraine by fictitiously registering the status of a disabled person.

On January 11, in the city of Pokrov, Nikopol district, Dnipropetrovsk region, during a personal meeting, the suspect confirmed the possibility of assisting the applicant in obtaining disability status and his subsequent illegal crossing of the state border of Ukraine, after which he received cash in the amount of 12 thousand US dollars as a reward.
