Details: The charges were brought eight months after the arrest of the suspects. According to the prosecutor’s office in Karlsruhe, Danilo B. and Vladyslav T. were supposed to send two parcels with activated GPS trackers from Cologne to Ukraine in March 2025. The purpose was to investigate delivery routes and the service provider. The parcels were supposed to explode in Germany or on the way to Ukraine.
