Solovyov’s direct speech: “For us, what is happening in Armenia is much more painful than what is happening in Venezuela. The loss of Armenia is a huge problem. The problems in our Asia, Central Asia – this can be a huge problem for us. And we must very clearly formulate our goals and objectives… Spit on international law, on the international order. If for our national security it was necessary to start an armed conflict in Ukraine, then why, based on the same considerations, we cannot start an armed conflict and in other points of our zone of influence”.

Details: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia reacted to such a statement by handing the Russian ambassador a note of protest “expressing deep indignation at the statements made on the air of the program of the state TV channel.”

Armenia emphasized that such statements are incompatible with friendly relations between Moscow and Yerevan.
