Literally: “NAZK has completed an official inspection within the scope of the Energoatom case, which began on November 10, 2025, in response to public notices from NABU.

According to the results of the inspection, no factual data was found that would indicate the involvement of NAKC employees in committing corruption offenses, obtaining illegal benefits, or the presence of external illegal influence on decision-making. All investigated areas of activity and individual measures of financial control were carried out within the limits of the powers granted by law and in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.”
Details: NAKC notes that it will report the results of the official inspection to the Public Council under NAKC, NABU, the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Anti-corruption Policy, other interested parties and is ready for further interaction and cooperation to verify other facts, if they become known.
In the case of receiving additional information that may be of importance for the official inspection, the NAKC will ensure its immediate processing within the limits of its competence, the message states.
